Founder and President : Craig Stark, C.E.T.

Prior to establishing Change Impetus Group Inc., Craig held senior positions with several high-profile companies including Bell Information Systems, 3Com Corporation, Microsoft Canada, Banyan Systems and e Commerce Inc. As a result, he is intimately familiar with high tech business solution marketing through both direct relationships and channel partnering models. With a Technology background and over 20 years of experience, Craig is capable of assisting you with your social media project.

Principal : Beth Baker, C.A.

Beth is a principal of the firm. Beth has participated in a range of middle market financings representing both equity and mezzanine while at a boutique investment banking firm in Toronto. More recently, Beth has assisted technology companies in e-commerce and intellectual property-based industries with strategy development, market intelligence and robust financial analysis and business modelling. In addition, Beth was employed by Arthur Andersen in the area of International Corporate Taxation where she completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course. Beth graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Chartered Accountancy Studies.

Director of Client Services: Hailey Clark, B.A. 

Hailey is an entrepreneur who has worked internationally with many high profile and fortune 500 companies.  She is most passionate about helping companies achieve their goals through improved communication and customer focus.  With a strong background in web technology, market research and statistical analysis coupled with creativity and innovation, Hailey is uniquely positioned to provide impactful communication solutions. Haileyʼs dedicated entrepreneurial spirit was sparked in part by her experience as an elite athlete playing for the Canadian National Softball team. She also achieved Regional All-American status while completing a bachelorʼs degree in business and psychology at Hofstra University , a top ranked US University.  Hailey is excited by the prospect of helping customers leverage web 2.0 technology to drive their business to new heights.

Clarity and Design Director : Karen Heywood

Karen is the founder of Visionworks Inc. and has over 20 years experience honing her craft as a marketing authority. Specializing in making the marketing vision really work for her clients, initially her focus was product label packaging which naturally expanded into packaging people and ideas. Karen possesses an essential understanding of the creative process and psychological human motivators. She has an innate ability to clarify marketing concepts, identify motivating emotions, hone the copy and develop creative graphics that all work together to create a powerful, unified message that moves the targeted market into action. Over the years Karen has worked with both small and large companies including Twinpak, Sandoz Agro, The Shopping Channel and Bio-Tec Cosmetics, to name a few.
